I definitely think that Jim Capfer (Capfer for Change) has a chance He did the best campaigning. So you never really know...I think that people need to not be afraid to make a change.

Can we talk about how our elected officials of this local use the credit card for there own personnel use.If I'm not mistaken it's a crime(misappropriation of funds)which is a felony.I know for a fact that they've done it in the past but I don't know if they are continuing to do so. Can we also talk about H.P.S.???
