I'm leaving office, oh on second thought I'm not...

Word has it a current executive board member stood in front of the membership at the last meeting and said he was no longer going to be involve in the politics of the Local anymore.
But lo and behold, there is his name as a candidate for delegate at large. Obviously taking a page from Larry Craig's playbook, he REALLY did not mean he was completely done. Just what we need, some one who can't keep his word for 60 minutes representing the Local at conventions.
When will the madness stop?

Any body who questions the honesty of Doug and Donnie, should present their evidence to the membership. Otherwise, it is slander of the worse kind.

OK, Zoli...
I guess that means we will see you at the next Union Meeting and all the other upcoming Union meetings thereafter...Hee Haw!

No, "anonymous" means you are not afraid to say what you mean. wuithout the fear of having to face the people you are talking about you can say all sorts of things that need to be said.
I can say that Butch is a lazy fuck who seems to do whatever he can not to have to pick up the phone...now if I put my name on this I might not really work for months. three four hour calls a week is all I'd get.
even though I feel i'ts true and needs to be said and may benifitt the Local(if Butch reads this)
So Zoli, don't say I'm afraid to say what I mean and believe in, I'm just afraid to put my name on it. This is America, and that gives me the right to be anonymous on the internet

Please try to watch the profanity. It is excessive and counterproductive. There are many other adjectives in the dictionary other than four letter ones.

I would advise everyone using this blog that all of your comments could be used against you and your local by anyone who has an agenda. Keep it funny and back up your statements regarding your fellow union members. Free and open dialog should be encouraged but keep in mind that a slanderous statement about a fellow union member is perceived by anyone outside this local as the state of the union as a whole. In other words you're doing a fabulous job of reinforcing some serious stereotypes that limit your ability to advance conditions and salaries during contract talks. If you want management to respect you and your union take some steps to educate yourself about a topic. Practice presenting your views in a way that doesn't give away your lack of schooling.

After reading the list of nominees, I realized maybe I need to go anonymous as well. I will try to show up for more meetings. Hee Haw. Yes I can see your point to stay anonymous.
