so let's see...

We have multiple people in the office, some of them elected and some them hired. Who is doing what and what recourse do we have when there is a difference of opinion?

All I know is that the guy making the calls and holds my livelihood at stake, is getting fucked up at the office and Butch nor Scott do nothing about it. WHY IS THAT??

Because that does not fall under there job description!!

Colin, clearly you do not fish or smoke pot with him.

It seems that a disproportionate number of calls go to the people that are easy to locate rather than who is qualified.....after-all is not the discription of of calling roster supposed to be a "Qualified Senority System?"

During the load-in of Dreamgirls I was asked by the Head Soundman if I would please release one one my crew members so that he could have Someone who could follow simple directions. I kind of makes you wonder how much thought is put into whom is placed in what department...by the way, I did not give him the guy with the bullet in his leg.

0 (zero) thought, but can you blame them? Its a thankless job that provides little in terms of compensation combined with constant death threats. I really am amazed that you can get anyone to take the position. All you gain from the overall experience is a better understanding of mob mentality combined with a new understanding of you're own mortality. I must say that after a few months of having your assistant start your car becuase you called a baboon a baboon you will find yourself exuasted and wondering what you where thinking. Change the world for my brothers? Well it was a great idea and then I found out they all want to eat my children! Oh come on please take the gig and feel the pain better yet answer your phone.....Ok Ok I forgot its the local .....your pager.
