Proposed amendment to the Constitution:
If you want to leave a call before the end, need a reason to be late, or basically spend the entire call politicking and avoiding work, feel free.
It has the President's Seal of Approval behind it.

lets not forget also that it should be permissible for the president to voice in meetings and his monthly news letter ramblings that the members below him should not be on cellphones while at work, while he is free to chat away on his phone as he sees fit. ONE SET OF RULES FOR EVERY ONE!
